Pre-Licensing
KW has joined forces with Kaplan, a leading real estate certification course provider to offer premium pre-licensing free of charge to the student. Courses will be offered in an online, self-study format.
Continuing Education
Continuing education curriculum will also be made available at a discounted rate. The knowledge, guidance, and support agents need to build their dream career has never been more accessible.

How long will it take to complete my pre-licensing requirements?
Once accepted and enrolled in KSCORE, you will have six months to complete the courses and final exams. Colorado has 168 credit hours - on average, our students complete within four months of being enrolled.
How will the program be delivered?
The pre-licensing education is delivered by our state-approved education provider, KAPLAN. Their platform offers distinct education-delivery formats, including online, and live online courses, along with flexible schedules and a wide selection of state-approved continuing education and packages.
What are my steps to get licensed?
- Take the required real estate courses (168 credit hours)
- Complete background check
- Submit a real estate license application
- Pass the CO & National real estate exam(s)
- Select your real estate broker
What is the cost?
KSCORE covers the required coursework, materials, exam prep and practice exams at no cost to you. Once graduated from the program, exams with PSI and the application to the state
will be individual costs.
What is my commitment to Keller Williams?
Our goal is to remove the financial barrier to entry into the real estate field and make a career in real estate more achievable than ever before however we do not require any contracts or commitments.
